Project Manager

The core responsibility of the Project Coordinator includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assisting the Project Managers for the life cycle of a project through completion with a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Managing an installation backlog to established customer service metrics
  • Coordinating inventory and equipment requests
  • Assisting the Project Managers with coordinating resources (i.e. subcontractors or rental equipment)
  • Documenting project details and milestones through the billing process
  • Coordinating limited scope installs

Success for the Project Coordinator role is measured by:

  • Meeting customer needs and addressing customer service issues promptly
  • Proactively communicating with customers and team members
  • Prioritizing resources and meeting deadlines
  • A positive and collaborative style

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will be required to track and manage the activities and tasks of project managers, technicians, and subcontractors as well as work with Eyewitness central support teammates to address issues.

Essential Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with customers, subcontractors, and Eyewitness field installation personnel that perform installations of electronic security equipment to bring projects in on time and on budget.

  • Ensure that all program and project documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Meet project deadlines for all assigned projects throughout the country
  • Manage equipment, labor, and subcontractor costs against budget to drive profitability
  • Work to continuously improve installation management processes, methods, templates, etc.
  • Comply with and support all corporate and departmental policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and/or support negotiations with third-party vendors
  • Maintain accurate inventory and document field activities
  • Coordinate small installs remote
